Refund policy

AFRICAN MUM SHOP – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

FOOD PRODUCTS (PAP, CEREALS, TEAS, SUPPLEMENTS, ETC.)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food items once they have been dispatched or delivered.

This includes:

  • Pap & cereal products
  • Teas and edible supplements
  • Any consumable item

 

NON-FOOD ITEMS

Returns may be accepted on non-food items only (e.g., feeding sets, accessories) if:

  • The item is unused
  • In original packaging
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will review and offer a suitable resolution (replacement or refund where applicable).

 

REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
